Stage 5

Deployment & Ongoing Career Support

You’re placed into a healthcare role with Attend Care Pty Ltd or a partner healthcare facility in regional New South Wales or Victoria. But the support doesn’t stop at placement we provide ongoing pastoral care, welfare check-ins and career development guidance throughout your first year and beyond.

Placement locations: Regional New South Wales (West, Mid North Coast) and Regional Victoria. All placements are with regulated Australian healthcare providers.

The timeline varies depending on your existing qualifications and any gap training required. Typically, the pathway from application to deployment takes between 6 and 18 months. Candidates who already hold strong qualifications and English proficiency may progress faster.
We currently accept applications from graduates in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Fiji. If you hold healthcare qualifications from another country, contact us to discuss your eligibility.
Programme costs vary depending on the pathway and training required. We are transparent about all costs upfront during your initial consultation. Some costs may be offset through earn-while-you-learn arrangements during your paid work placement in Australia.
Candidates who successfully complete all programme stages including qualification recognition, AHPRA registration and cultural training are placed into roles with Attend Care or our partner healthcare facilities in regional NSW and Victoria.
The visa pathway depends on your programme and circumstances. We provide guidance on visa options during your consultation and connect you with qualified migration advisors. Common pathways include employer-sponsored visas and skilled migration programmes.
OET (Occupational English Test) preparation is included in our programme. We assess your English proficiency during the application stage and provide structured support to help you reach the required level before deployment.
