Shirley Kan has more than nineteen (19) years of experience in the trading, share service, manufacturing, F & B, hospitality, property management and diversifying to different businesses at multinational and Public Listed companies.

She has completed her Diploma in Executive Secretarial, Bachelor of Accounting, Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and MCS of Chartered Institute Management Accountant.

Prior to becoming Financial Controller of Workready Asia Pty Ltd in 2023, from 2004 to 2022 served as Deputy Financial Controller, Senior Accounting Specialist, Head of Accounting and Corporate Financial Manager at Malaysia and Singapore Public Listed companies,  Switzerland and multinational group of companies.

During that past experience, she was responsible for the corporate real estate, corporate strategies, business development, technology transformation projects, financial planning and analysis, global cash management, corporate finance and financial risk management and corporate secretary duties.

Her major achievement is involved merger and acquisition projects, Reverse Takeover, fundraising listing projects, proven track to obtain financing facility more than 200mil to sustain all project development, 150mil property refinancing for new investment, re-strategies, restructuring, setup Key Performance Indicative with consultants team’s and corporate planning.

She has received numerous awards such as MSWG Award Corporate Governance Recognition 2017 and Sin Chew Business Excellence Property Award for Kerjaya Hotel – The Shore Residence 2017. She is a member of Angle Home and World Vision to support volunteer activities.
