Assistant in Nursing (Australia)

Our clients within the healthcare sector in the Queensland, Australia require multiple candidates to fill positions as Assistant in Nursing and various roles in Mainstream and Allied healthcare. Interested candidates are required to have completed their Nursing Degree from their home country with at least three years of work experience. The ideal candidates should preferably have high career motivation to be in the healthcare sector in Australia, able to work on a contract basis to do shift work across various roster patterns and commit to long term work in Australia.

An Assistant in Nursing in Australia provides direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or an Enrolled Nurse.  You may be required to assist patients and family members in completing forms for their hospital care.  Maintain the skills and knowledge required for the role.  This role may vary slightly depending on the area in which you will work.

Candidates wishing to be considered as part of the application process must first complete a Language Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (LLN).
