Project Manager – CRM

The Role :

The IT Project Manager – CRM’s responsibility is to oversee the complete implementation of an in-flight CRM solution. You will handle the project schedule and it’s the testing stage. You will oversee delivery and guarantee that the SAP-based solution satisfies business requirements. In addition to managing internal teams and outside vendors, the position will also be in charge of reporting to and managing stakeholders. Although not required, prior experience with cloud-based CRM solutions is advantageous.

Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT Project Management delivery role
  • Demonstrated industry and project experience implementing CRM solutions
  • A strong understanding of cloud based solutions.
  • Experience in the wholesale, or consumer driven industry sectors (advantageous).
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of project delivery methodologies including Prince2 and agile
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, ability to influence and negotiate at all levels to achieve effective outcomes
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; and the ability to facilitate communication between different functions of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability of having successfully lead, and/or mentored teams of internal and/or external third party resources
